About DPI

Engineers Who Run AI in Production

DPI Enterprise, Digital Properties International, builds AI systems that businesses run on every day: voice agents on real phone lines, automations inside real CRMs, knowledge systems over real documents. Headquartered in New York, NY, serving clients across the United States. We measure ourselves by what stays in production.

What We Believe

Operations first, production only, humans in the loop

Most AI projects fail because a tool was bolted onto a broken process. We start from the workflow: who does the work, where it waits, what a mistake costs. Then we redesign that workflow with AI doing the repeatable parts and people doing the judgment calls, with escalation, audit trails, and controls built in from the first sprint.

We do not sell pilots that end in slide decks. A DPI engagement ends with a system that answers your calls, moves your documents, or updates your CRM, monitored and improved month after month.

How We Build

The stack behind our deployments

We choose models and infrastructure per workload. Hosted frontier models when speed and capability matter most; open-source models on infrastructure you control when data residency, cost per minute, or regulation require it.

Language models

OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock, and self-hosted open-source models such as Qwen, orchestrated with LangChain and LangGraph.

Voice

An Asterisk-based telephony core that connects to client IP phone systems over SIP, with open-source speech-to-text and text-to-speech models and Pipecat-style real-time pipelines.

Knowledge and data

PostgreSQL with pgvector, Qdrant, Redis, and retrieval pipelines that keep answers grounded in your documents, tickets, and databases.

Channels and integrations

WhatsApp Business API, Mailgun, Google Calendar, CRMs, and internal APIs, so the AI acts where your customers and teams already are.

Software and infrastructure

Node.js, Python, TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Cloudflare, GitLab and GitHub pipelines, Google Analytics 4.

How We Work

Four phases, each with a concrete output

  1. Operational discovery

Forward-deployed engineers map the workflow with the people who run it. Output: a scoped deployment with a target metric.

  2. AI system architecture

Models, integrations, data flows, guardrails, and escalation designed and reviewed with your IT and compliance owners.

  3. Production deployment

Built, tested on real cases, launched into daily use with monitoring, logging, and a rollback plan.

  4. Continuous optimization

Quality reviews, prompt and model tuning, new edge cases handled, scope expanded when the numbers justify it.

Trust

Security, governance, and compliance by default

Access controls, audit trails, data minimization, and human oversight are part of every design. For healthcare workloads we sign a Business Associate Agreement and deploy HIPAA-aligned architectures, including private model hosting. Read more on the security and compliance page.

FAQ

About DPI

What does DPI stand for?

Digital Properties International. We operate as DPI Enterprise and serve businesses across the United States.

Are you a consultancy or an engineering firm?

Both, in that order. Every engagement starts with operational discovery, but the deliverable is always a working system that we build, deploy, and keep running.

Where is DPI located?

DPI Enterprise is headquartered in New York, NY, and works with clients across the United States. Discovery is often on site or in working sessions with the people who own the process; build and operations are remote with regular reviews.

What sizes of company do you work with?

Mostly 20 to 500 employees with real operational volume, plus portfolio companies of private equity firms rolling out the same playbook across holdings.

Next Step

Bring one workflow. Leave with a production plan.

Tell us where calls, tickets, documents, or approvals pile up. We map the workflow, size the impact, and propose a deployment you can measure.
