Eligibility check and application
Google admits merchants by category, country, and integration quality. We check your eligibility, prepare the application and the merchant data Google requires, and correspond with Google's team through review.
Booking
Reserve with Google puts a Book button on your Google Business Profile and in Search and Maps, so a customer books an appointment without leaving Google. Getting there means an approved integration through Google's Actions Center: merchant, service, and availability feeds, a booking server, sandbox testing, and Google's review. DPI runs a live integration in production and can launch yours turnkey, once Google approves your business.
Who This Is For
What the Service Includes
Google admits merchants by category, country, and integration quality. We check your eligibility, prepare the application and the merchant data Google requires, and correspond with Google's team through review.
The daily feeds that tell Google who you are, what can be booked, for how long, at what price, and when: built from your scheduling data, validated against Google's specification, and monitored for errors and warnings after every ingestion.
The real-time endpoint Google calls to check availability, create, update, and cancel bookings, and to confirm each one against your calendar, so nothing is double-booked.
End-to-end tests in Google's sandbox, then the production launch with the Book button live on your profile and in Search and Maps.
Connected to the scheduling system you already use through its API, or to a booking backend we build for you, including staff, rooms, durations, buffers, and intake questions.
Feed ingestion, booking success, cancellations, and Google's warnings watched daily; changes to services, hours, and locations pushed within a day; reporting on bookings that came from Google.
Reserve with Google is not a setting you switch on in your Business Profile. Google needs a partner integration that supplies three things: feeds describing the merchant, the bookable services, and the availability; a booking server Google can call in real time to check a slot, create a booking, change it, or cancel it; and a review in which Google checks the category, the data quality, and the policies before anything goes live. Most businesses get the button through a scheduling platform that has done this integration for all its customers. Businesses whose platform has not, or who want their own integration, need someone who has been through the program.
We start with eligibility, because Google decides who is admitted, and we would rather say no in the first call than after weeks of work. If your category and country qualify, we prepare the application and the merchant data, submit through Google's Actions Center, and handle the correspondence until approval. Then we build the feeds from your scheduling data, connect the booking server to your calendar or to a booking backend we build, test every flow in Google's sandbox, and launch. After launch we watch the daily ingestion for errors and warnings, keep services and locations current, and report the bookings that came from Google.
DPI's team runs a production Reserve with Google integration today, with feeds ingested daily and bookings confirmed in real time, which is why the launch can be turnkey rather than an experiment.
The Book button lives on the Google Business Profile, so a well-managed profile with reviews and correct data is what makes it visible; our local SEO and Google Business Profile service covers that. Customers who prefer to call still call, and our AI phone answering service books them into the same calendar. And the website's own booking flow, built through our website development services, uses the same availability, so the calendar stays consistent across Google, phone, and site.
The Book button on your profile and in Search and Maps, bookings arriving in your calendar with the customer's details, a daily view of feed health and booking activity, and a monthly report of appointments that came from Google, cancellations, and the changes we pushed.
How It Works
We confirm your category qualifies, map your locations, services, and staff, and define how availability and bookings will flow. Output: a written scope and the application package.
We submit the integration through Google's Actions Center and handle the questions, fixes, and policy requirements that come back. Timelines depend on Google's review, which we cannot promise but do manage.
Feeds generated from your data, the booking server connected to your calendar, and every flow tested in Google's sandbox: availability, booking, reschedule, cancel, and edge cases.
Production ingestion goes live, the Book button appears on your profile, and we monitor feeds and bookings daily with a monthly report.

FAQ
A Google program that lets customers book appointments and reservations directly from Google Search, Maps, and the Business Profile through a Book button. The bookings come from an integration partner that supplies Google with the merchant's services and availability and confirms each booking in real time.
No. Google admits businesses by category and country and reviews every integration. Beauty, wellness, fitness, dining, and many appointment-based services qualify; some categories are restricted or excluded, and rules change. We check eligibility before any work starts and say clearly when a business does not qualify.
Not necessarily. If your system has an API, we connect to it. If it does not, or if you want independence from a vendor, we build the booking backend that holds your services and availability.
The build and sandbox tests take weeks; Google's review takes as long as Google takes and depends on the category and the quality of the submission. We prepare the package to pass review the first time and keep you informed at every step.
Yes. DPI's team has built and operates a production Reserve with Google integration through Actions Center, with daily feed ingestion and live bookings, and has been through Google's review and correspondence. That experience is what makes a turnkey launch possible.
A Book button on your Business Profile and in relevant Search and Maps results, your bookable services with durations and prices where allowed, real-time availability, and a confirmation. The customer books in a few taps; the booking lands in your calendar.
The eligibility and application stage is a fixed scope, the integration launch is a fixed scope quoted after Google's approval, and operation is a monthly plan. Google itself does not charge for the program.
